By downloading, installing, or using Snake Quest (the “App”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Service
Snake Quest is a casual game that lets you control a snake on a grid, collect food, and chase high scores. The App is provided “as is” for personal and non‑commercial use.
3. User responsibilities
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it.
4. Data and privacy
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy. In summary:
- High scores are stored locally on your device.
- No personal account or profile is created.
- Ads are served via Google AdMob using standard identifiers.
5. Advertising
The App may show banner and interstitial advertisements. Ad content is provided by third parties. We do not endorse advertised products or services.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qaribuhub Solutions LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will be revised when changes are made. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
